Returns,Refunds & Cancellations


While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can get in touch with us within 24 hours (or before the order has been processed), we can try to cancel it. If the cancellation request happens after 24 hours or if production has been started already, we cannot entertain any request.


The refund duration is 5-7 days from the date of cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds or if you do not receive your money within the said period, please email us.


In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items sent to the customer, it must be communicated to us within 5 days upon the delivery of the product. For items lost in shipment, claims, if any, must be communicated not later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

In order to raise a replacement request, send us pictures of the broken product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by the customer, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.

Since, all our products are printed on demand we any issues with sizes shall not be entertained. Please check out the sizing chart before placing the order to ensure you get the right fit. However, in some special cases we may accept your request, so please mail us regarding the same.

All request must be made on our email address. The mail must include the order number, the reason, and all other necessary photos and details. You may also DM us on Instagram regarding the same.
